LDWA is a private non-profit shareholder owned company and has no affiliation with the  TOWN OF LEEDS, Utah, MUNICIPALITY.

SHAREHOLDER RIGHT TO KNOW:

In  2008, Town of Leeds Municipal Officials designated themselves as the Water Authority for the Town of Leeds without concurrence with LDWA. 
The Town of Leeds Muncipality and its ordinance LEEDS CULINARY WATER AUTHORITY ORDINANCE 2008-01 is in not affiliated with LDWA.

In July 2009, Town of Leeds Municipal Officials signed the Retail Water Agreement with the Water Conservancy's [WCWCD].
